Brian Moss, Lead Pastor
Brian and his family came to Oak Ridge Baptist Church in 1999 from Fort Worth, TX. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Dallas Baptist University in 1993, Masters of Divinity in 1999 from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth and Doctor of Ministry in Leadership from Liberty University in 2014. Brian worked in the large systems computer industry for 18 years before transitioning to full-time ministry.

Gordon Nock, Live Venue Pastor & Pastoral Care
Gordon and his wife Bambi came to Oak Ridge Baptist Church in 2004. After years of being a commercial waterman, a truck driver, and being in the recycling industry, God directed Gordon’s life toward full-time ministry. It was through a mission trip to Latvia and training at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary that Gordon discovered God’s leading in ministry. Gordon’s ministry journey has included a church plant, a senior pastor ministry, and now a part of the Oak Ridge Baptist Church adult pastoral team.

Stacie Siers, Connections Director
Stacie joined the Oak Ridge Baptist Church team in 2006. She was called into full-time ministry as the Connections Director in 2014. Prior to Oak Ridge, Stacie was a secondary public school educator for 14 years before transitioning to Salisbury University as the Coordinator for Professional Development Schools. She lives in Salisbury with her husband Ron and two children, Rex and Zoë. Stacie has a passion for encouraging people to take their next step in their faith journey and connecting them to Oak Ridge Baptist Church!

Gary McCabe, Pastor of Mobilization
Gary and his family came to Oak Ridge Baptist Church in 2009. An Eastern Shore native, Gary graduated from Stephen Decatur High School, earned his Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Carson Newman, spent a summer studying Ethnomusicology under SIL/Wycliffe missionaries and is currently pursuing his Masters of Divinity from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He lived for two years as a Journeyman Church Planter/Catalyst of Indigenous Music through the International Mission Board in Benin, West Africa.

Anna Moss, Worship Leader
Anna moved to Salisbury in 1999 with her family when her father was called into ministry at Oak Ridge Baptist Church. She began serving in worship arts at an early age in 2006. In 2013, Anna attended a Music and Missions Discipleship Training School through YWAM (Youth With a Mission), where she developed a deeper love for music and worship. After returning, God called Anna into full-time ministry.

Kathy Livesay, Volunteer Coordinator
Kathy moved to the Eastern Shore from Indiana in June 2004 with her husband, John, and their two daughters. She has been a homeschooling mom for the last 10 years and looks forward to continuing until both daughters graduate high school. Kathy served in Guest Services and Family Ministry at Oak Ridge before assuming the role of Volunteer Coordinator in 2012.
